User-Friendly
and Versatile

The Jetmaster comes equipped with a Venturi distributor that reduces blockages, as well as operator safety features such as a non-tipping hopper that eliminates the need for height clearance and weight shifting.

The front-mounted boom provides full visibility while driving, reducing operator fatigue. It also has a rear arrow board and roof signage controlled by the operator, as well as high-profile warning devices, making it highly visible to other road users when in use.

Intuitive for the Operator

  • The width of the spray sealing is 2.4 meters, and it can be controlled in 300mm segments or narrow strips with ease.

  • The road maintenance functions are safely operated from the cabin, where the operator can easily control them using a joystick controller and control screen.

  • The operator interface is arranged logically to provide effortless function control with remote access support options

Jetmaster Specs

Spray Boom

The Jetmaster delivery boom is a remotely controlled device that is mounted at a low height on the truck, providing energy savings by eliminating the need to carry aggregate and emulsion over the truck cab, and resulting in a greater payload.

The Jetmaster unit is the only system available that uses an 'under the cab' delivery system, resulting in a lower profile, more efficient and safer delivery path, and eliminates the possibility of damaging equipment on overhanging objects. Additionally, truck ground clearance is maintained at or above the truck's original level.

Venturi System

The Venturi distributor is a new type of distributing system that eliminates the need for costly time and maintenance required by the old rotor distributing system.

It can handle materials up to 14mm, including sand, and can be cleaned while running. It also eliminates the need for dismantling at the end of the day and does not require oiling. Additionally, it has no moving parts and saves the ongoing cost of regrinding and replacing the rotor.

Aggregate Hopper

The aggregate hopper has a capacity of 4m3 to 6m3 and is powered by either a Power Take Off (PTO) from a truck engine or an auxiliary drive if PTO is not available or suitable.

It also has a piston compressor with a hydraulic drive and a high-volume low-pressure blower with a hydraulic drive.

Hydraulic System

This advanced system is powered by two variable displacement piston pumps and can be driven by either PTO or an auxiliary engine through an Alison gearbox.

With hydraulic manifold and valves supplied by Southcott Hydraulics, you can trust that you are getting the best quality and support.

Emulsion Systems and Filling

NZROAD's Jetmaster Trucks use pressurized emulsion systems with a volume capacity between 1,000-2,000 litres. The vessels are built to AS 1210 1997 standards and have independent safety relief valves and pressure gauges.

Filling the emulsion tank is quick and efficient through a two-inch cam lock, and all operations can be conducted from ground level. Self-contained equipment can be supplied for filling from 210-litre drums. Emulsion can be heated either through inline heating from the tank to the nozzle or overnight heating within the tank.
